-Learn new skills to navigate challenges, such as assertiveness skills, Mindfulness skills to be more in the moment, reducing stress, anxiety, and over-thinking. Communication skills to learn how to better express yourself in your relationships. Dating and friendship support.
-Group requires commitment of 8 weeks (money will be refund after first week if you do not want to continue).

- $50 deposit by 9/13/24 to hold your spot in group; payment for first half of group (4 weeks) in amount of $150 by 9/20/24 and final payment for second half of group (4 weeks) by October 11 of $200.
